사용후 배터리의 회수부터 진단·재사용·재제조·재활용까지 전주기 시장을 활성화하기 위한 범부처 협력 방향을 살펴본다. 부처별 제도와 관리 체계의 연계 과제를 진단하고, 배터리 이력·성능·안전성·유통 정보를 공유하는 데이터 체계 구축과 산업 생태계 조성 방안을 제시한다.

This session will explore cross-ministerial cooperation to promote the end-to-end used battery market, from collection and diagnostics to reuse, remanufacturing, and recycling. It will address regulatory coordination and data-sharing frameworks for battery history, performance, safety, and distribution, while outlining measures to build a sustainable industry ecosystem.
