ESS 구축 현장에서 설비의 안전성과 성능을 최종 확인하는 IEC 기반 현장인수시험(SAT)의 주요 평가 항목과 수행 절차를 소개한다. 배터리 시스템과 전력변환장치, 보호·제어설비 간 연계 상태를 비롯해 절연·접지, 비상정지, 화재 감지 및 대응 기능 등 핵심 점검 사항을 살펴본다. 또한 프로젝트 전 과정에서 TRPP 요구사항을 체계적으로 정의·추적·검증하는 관리 방안을 공유하고, 시험 결과의 신뢰성과 ESS 운영 안전성을 높이기 위한 실무 대응 방향을 제시한다.

This session will introduce the key evaluation criteria and procedures for IEC-based Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), which verifies the safety and performance of ESS installations before operation. It will cover system integration among batteries, power conversion systems, and protection and control equipment, as well as insulation, grounding, emergency shutdown, fire detection, and response functions. The presentation will also discuss systematic approaches to defining, tracking, and verifying TRPP requirements throughout the project lifecycle, providing practical guidance for improving test reliability and operational safety.
